We were given romantic and brand-new rooms with a completely different style and a terrace plus a good bed. Top-class staff that liked their guests❤

Very close to city center (less than 3 minutes walk). The hotel has an inner yard at which the rooms are located, which is nice to sit in on a sunny afternoon.

The badroom was not really clean, old towels available. Experienced multiple problems with the key cards of the hotel room doors.

The staff at Hotel De Flandre Ghent were exceptionally attentive. The room was well furnished and had a romantic vibe, complete with an open plan bathroom. The breakfast was hot as expected with options for everyone, including meat.

We traveled through Europe this room was huge! I mean huge! It was centrally located and had nice touches little touches like soaps, etc. Great location

$20 Euro for a breakfast that you could get elsewhere in town and the only hotel we stayed at that charged for internet.

The place had a trendy and romantic vibe with an additional bed, and I loved the breakfast options at the bar.

I left my I Pod and reception phoned me to say they would send it on (cost deducted from my credit card though!).Great breakfast - one of the best I've had in Europe. Location superb.

The rooms were big and beautiful-thew nicest we stayed in while visiting and traveling throughout Belgium. Apparently this hotel had recently gone through renovations and it shows. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The safe was locked and not usable. However, the front desk staff offered to lock up any valuables in their safe had we needed it.

    the location

the internet access. it is very annoying to pay for internet, when it is so cheap. would be better to include the fee in the price of the room and let the customer the ilusion it was free...

I had a room here that came with a cool open bathroom setup 🛁. The staff was okay, and they served a satisfying breakfast that had lots of hot and different choices available.

The hotel is at the heart of the tourist area of Ghent very conveniently located in a quiet street within easy walking distance of all you would wish to see. The breakfast was as good as you will find anywhere.
